Tharros Earns Great Place to Work® Certification for the Fourth Time

FULTON, MD – May 28, 2026 – Tharros announced today that it has been Certified™ by Great Place to Work® for 2026–2027, marking the fourth time the company has earned this distinction. The recognition builds on three prior certifications awarded under the company’s former name, ANALYGENCE, and reflects the continuity of a people-first culture through a period of transformation and expansion.

Great Place to Work® Certification™ is based entirely on feedback from current Team Members, gathered through the anonymous Trust Index© Survey, which measures employee experience across key dimensions of workplace culture.

Survey results show Tharros exceeding benchmarks established by the nation’s top workplaces across the vast majority of measured areas, including leadership credibility, fairness, pride in work, and camaraderie. Team Members consistently highlighted the company’s mission-driven work, accessible leadership, and a culture where colleagues actively support one another through both professional and personal challenges.

Great Place to Work® is the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience, and leadership behaviors proven to drive market-leading outcomes in revenue growth, retention, and innovation.

Formerly known as ANALYGENCE, Tharros is a premier provider of mission-critical cybersecurity and vulnerability research solutions for the U.S. Federal Government. Founded in 2010, the company rebranded as Tharros in 2026 to reflect its evolution into a proactive cyber-defense solutions provider. Since then, Tharros has expanded its national footprint, deepened its bench of elite cyber experts, and grown its capabilities across cyber research, development, test and evaluation, cyber operations, and cyber capability development—while continuing to strengthen the culture and Team Member experience that has now earned recognition four times.

“Earning this certification for the fourth time—and the first time under the Tharros name—is a powerful affirmation that our culture didn’t change when our name did,” said Lonnie Parker, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Tharros. “Our Team Members continue to tell us they feel trusted, supported, and proud of the mission. That trust is the foundation of everything we do. While we’re grateful for the recognition, we’re not satisfied. We remain committed to listening, learning, and investing in the people who make this company a great place to work.”

“What stood out most in this year’s results was the candor of our Team Members and their willingness to help us improve,” said Tom Peitler, Chief Operating Officer of Tharros. “We received more than 150 individual comments alongside the survey data, and that feedback is directly shaping the future of our culture, benefits, and morale programs. Certification isn’t a finish line, it’s the standard we hold ourselves to every day.”
